Nations Foundation successfully conducted a Leadership Development Training for members of civil society organizations and young journalists with the objective of strengthening their leadership skills, enhancing their professional capacities, and preparing them to play more active roles in their communities.
The training provided participants with practical knowledge on ethical leadership, effective communication, teamwork, decision-making, and community engagement.

Building responsible and service-oriented leaders
Participants engaged in interactive discussions and practical exercises designed to build confidence, critical thinking, and the ability to address social challenges through collaborative action and informed decision-making.

Investing in youth and civil society capacity
Through this initiative, Nations Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to investing in the capacity development of youth and civil society actors.
By equipping young journalists and civil society members with essential leadership competencies, the Foundation aims to foster a generation of informed, ethical, and visionary leaders who can contribute meaningfully to peace, sustainable development, participation, and the overall progress of their nation.
